Shipping and payment
- We charge no shipping costs due to the nature of the products. All products are digital files and no shipping is therefore applicable.

Refunds
We do not make refunds. Once you make the purchase, digital files are in your possession and no returning is possible. By shopping here you accept our no-refund policy. Please make sure you understand this and make sure to purchase only the files you really want.
In case of problem occurring during the process of download, let us know and we will send you an e-mail with files attached.
